Q: Why can’t I install?
A: Check that:

1. You have rights to install on your pc
2. You are logged in as the person with rights to install
3. You have told your antivirus software to let eBookCreator operate

Q: What formats can I convert with the eBookCreator
A: So far we only support PDF files

 

Q: My PDF is password protected, what do I do?

A: You need the password – otherwise it wont work.

 

Q: My finished eBooks look weird – why is that?

A : Your output, will reflect your input. Therefore your should ensure that all pages in your PDF are same size. Also, it appears that not all graphical elements can be 100% transferred to your eBook.

 

Q: Why can’t I upload?

A: You can upload with most FTP clients available. In the eBookCreator help files, we suggest how to upload via Internet Explorer. You can also upload via your CMS system, if it allows for upload of folders. Always remember to check that you are trying to upload the entire folder.
